In June 2007 Metcalfe Farms formed a partnership with Ken Tyrala creating Truck Technics, a Commercial & Automotive Repair Workshop.
Ken previously worked as a workshop manager for a major main dealer. He now runs the three lane workshop complete with Brake Test, Headlight Alignment and Vehicle Lift and employs four mechanics.
Specialist equipment in the workshop consists of:
- Laser Wheel Alignment
- Air Conditioning Repair Equipment
- All make Diagnostics in engine management
- ABS
- Suspension
- Gear Box
- Trailer / ABS / BBS
- Light Commercial Vehicles and Cars
- Power Chipping
There are two Service Vans and operate a 24 hour call out service.
